MASALA OMELETTE( मसाला ऑमलेट )
Eggs are packed with nutritious compounds, which could provide a healthy muscle growth and nourishment to the human body. Use of eggs in human diet since decade ago and it is still been used in various recipes ranging from sweet to spicy food. Due to its versatile uses, eggs has become a part of all kinds of cuisines.
In India, eggs are quiet commonly eaten in the form of an omelette, boiled egg or egg scrumble (bhurji). Here, I am sharing with you all our Maharashtrian style Masala egg omelette recipe. This recipe is different than other recipes due to the mixture of flavourful Indian spices. It is best for morning breakfast, but you can also enjoy it anytime you wish. It is one of the must try recipe which is easy and quick too.

Preparation of Masala
- First take a pan and add oil in it and heat it.
- Once oil is heated add chopped green chilli and saute it , then add chopped onion and saute It for couple of minutes.
- Now add Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Black pepper powder and salt and mix thoroughly.
- Now remove all sauted onion masala in a separate plate.
Preparation of Omelette
- In a bowl take two eggs and add chopped fresh coriander leaves and beat well until frothy.
- Now add sauted onion masala in a bowl of eggs mixture and again beat well until frothy.
- Now add oil in a pan and heat it , once oil is heated pour all beaten eggs mixture in a pan.
- Shallow fry omelette from both the sides till it get cooked properly.
- Just flip the omelette once it is done by one side , and cook the order side.
- Your delicious Masala omelette is ready to serve.
- Serve it with toasted slices of bread and butter with a cup of tea or coffee.
