Malvani Crab Masala/Kokani crab Masala/Kurlya masala malvani style/Indian crab recipe
Crab Masala malvani style
Introducing our first authentic Malvani Crab Masala recipe. Crabs (kurlya or chimborya or khekada) one of the most loved sea food when it comes to Non-vegetarian dishes. This recipe is quite close to my heart as it is one on my Mother's best recipes. There I am sharing this lip-smacking dish with you all.
This dish when cooked comes out to be the best if you use the black crabs widely available in market. If black crabs aren't available then you can surely use any other type of crabs available to you in your area. If the recipe is cooked on 'Chul/chulha' ( woodfire) it gives best taste.
